Everyone invited to a project can submit reports. The types of reports available for each project are determined by the site management. However, users with reporter permissions can only submit reports via the mobile application.

How to Create a Report on the Web Platform:

  1. Click on Reports.

  2. Click on Report.

  3. Choose the type of report you want to create.

  4. Fill in the required information. If floor plans are activated in the project, you’ll have the option to select the project level and mark the exact location on the plan.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Search for and select the people you want to receive your report. Project administrators will automatically receive your report for further processing.

  7. Click Save.

Tip: After clicking Save, you’ll be directed to the report’s detail page, where you can choose to add actions related to the report or indicate that no actions are required.
