Inspection by the Swedish Tax Agency

Updated today

As a site administrator, you can allow an inspector from the Swedish Tax Agency to retrieve the staff ledger (snapshot) independently via email. You can also choose to display contact details in the Ease CheckIn app for the person responsible for questions regarding the site’s staff ledger.

The inspector sends an email to [email protected] and enters the construction site ID in the subject line. The staff ledger is then automatically sent back to the sender—provided the email address ends with @skatteverket.se.

You can create a snapshot of everyone currently present on-site as documentation for a potential inspection. The snapshot shows who is present at the exact time the report is generated. You can also retrieve historical attendance data and send a complete report to the Swedish Tax Agency.

How to do it:

  1. Go to site.infobric.com and log in with your username and password

  2. Select the workplace where you want to view the staff ledger in the Workplace field in the menu

  3. Click Staff Ledger among the main options

  4. Click either Snapshot or History in the Staff Ledger section

  5. The report window will open

Enter any selection criteria and choose format (PDF/XML), then generate the report.

TIP!

The fields Company name and Organization number can be used to filter the staff ledger.

  • Fill them in to view the ledger for a specific company on-site

  • Leave them empty to view the ledger for all companies

Important

To export the staff ledger, the client’s organization number must be registered. This is done in the workplace settings.

NOTE! It is not Infobric’s responsibility to produce the staff ledger—this responsibility lies with the site administrator.
