Add Employees Automatically via Regbox and Controlbox

To add employees automatically via Regbox and Controlbox, follow the steps below.

Note: Automatic addition only works with Regbox 250 and Controlbox 400


How to do it

  1. Go to site.infobric.com

  2. Select the site where employees should be added automatically in the Site field

  3. Click Site settings in the menu

  4. Click Advanced

  5. Under Other, check the option Allow persons to be added automatically with card

  6. Click Save and close

  7. Click Update Units to distribute the changes to the units on the site


When employees scan their ID06 card on the Regbox for the first time, they will be automatically added to the staff ledger for the site.
