Make Manual Changes in the Staff Ledger

In some situations, you may need to make manual changes in the staff ledger, for example to add an Arrival or Departure retroactively.

It is important to note that this type of change is only a record in the staff ledger—it does not represent an actual registration in the system. In other words, you cannot manually register an Arrival or Departure unless the ID06 card has been physically scanned.


Note

  1. You must be a Site Administrator to make manual changes in the staff ledger

  2. Your personal identity number must be registered in the system, as it is used to log who makes changes

  3. You can review and update your details by clicking your name in the top right corner


How to do it

  1. Go to site.infobric.com

  2. Select the site in the Site field in the top menu

  3. Click Staff Ledger in the main menu
    -A list of all registrations for the current day will be displayed

  4. Click Add in the top menu to create a new Arrival or Departure

  5. In the Add presence registration window:
    -Search for the person you want to register
    -Select the person from the list and click Next

  6. Enter the following:
    -Time of the registration
    -Event type (Arrival or Departure)
    -Optional comment

  7. Click Add presence registration

The change is now completed and visible in the staff ledger.
