INFO!

Requirements help you define under which conditions the system should warn you if the required competences are missing on-site. You can choose:

  • No requirements

  • All

  • Present

If you select Present, you must specify how many persons with this competence need to be on-site—either as a number or percentage.

TIP!

To check how many persons on your site have a specific competence:

  1. Go to Persons

  2. Click Open search options

  3. Use the Competence dropdown to select the desired competence

  4. Click Search

All persons with that competence will be shown in the list.

You can also see the current status of how many persons with each focus competence are checked in on your site on the left side of the interface, above the main menu.
