To open gates and doors via the Ease CheckIn app, the user must have the required permissions and a scanned ID06 card in the app.
The setting “Allow remote opening of gates and doors from the Ease CheckIn app” must also be activated by a Site Administrator on the user’s profile in Site.
How to enable the setting
Go to site.infobric.com
Select the site where the relevant gate or door is located
Locate the user you want to grant remote access to
Double-click the user and select Advanced
Check the option Allow remote opening of gates and doors from the Ease CheckIn app
Click Save and close
