Reminders presence

If you want to make sure that you do not forget to check in and/or out you can activate reminders for this. Set a time when you normally check in and out of your site. If you forget to register your presence at these specific times Ease CheckIn will send you a reminder to do so.

Follow these steps to activate reminders:

  1. Open and sign in to Ease CheckIn.

  2. For iOS: Go to My sites.

    For Android: Open the app menu, which folds out in the top left corner.

  3. Choose alternative Reminders.

  4. Activate reminders by clicking the slider to the right of the time fields.

  5. Set time for Check In and Check out.

  6. Choose the days for which these times are applicable.

  7. The reminder is now activated and set.

TIP! If you are active on several sites you can create multiple reminders. Use the plus icon down at the right corner to create a new reminder.

TIP! Press Delete reminder to delete a specific reminder.
