Get Started with Infobric Connect

Here’s how to get started:

To begin using Infobric Connect, you first need an invitation from the contractor who has hired your company. The invitation contains all the information you need to get started.

  1. Check that the details are correct and that you are authorized to act as an administrator for your company in the project.

  2. If everything looks good, click “Open invitation as [Your Name]” in the email.

TIP! Should someone else be the administrator?
In that case, do not open the invitation yourself. Instead, click “Forward to a colleague” directly in the email.

  • If you forward the email manually, your colleague might accidentally open the invitation in your name—and would then need to create an account using your email address.

If your colleague already has an account in Infobric Connect, the project will be linked automatically when they log in.


When you open the invitation

When you click the link in the email, you will be taken to a page with three options:

  • Accept invitation
    Choose this if you recognize the project, know that your company will participate, and have the authority to manage the company’s details.

  • Forward to a colleague
    Choose this if someone else at your company should be the administrator for the project.

  • Decline invitation
    Choose this if your company will not participate in the project.

Make your selection and click “Continue.”

Depending on your choice:

  • Accept: You will be taken to the Infobric Connect login page

  • Forward/Decline: You will need to fill out a form briefly explaining your choice
