Logging in to Infobric Connect – Important Information
When you accept an invitation to Infobric Connect, you will be taken to a login page. The credentials you should use depend on whether you already have an account.
Do you already have an account in Ease CheckIn or Infobric Intelligence?
If yes, you must log in using the same credentials.
Creating a new account will not work—you need to use your existing login details.
You cannot use your Infobric Site account
Accounts for Infobric Site do not work in Connect.
Infobric Connect shares login credentials with Ease CheckIn and Infobric Intelligence.
Login options
On the login page, you can choose to log in with:
Username
Email address
Phone number
Your credentials must match what is registered in Ease CheckIn or Infobric Intelligence.
Create an account (if you don’t already have one)
You will automatically be directed to account creation if no account is found
Your email address from the invitation is used and cannot be changed
Check your name details and adjust if anything is incorrect
It is recommended to add a mobile number (for password recovery)
Create a password: at least 9 characters, including both letters and numbers
Click Create account
Reset password
Click Forgot login details?
Choose whether to identify yourself using email, phone number, or username
Enter the information → Click Send instructions
Enter the five-digit code you receive via SMS or email
Enter a new password → Click Save new password
Note: When you change your password here, it will also apply to Ease CheckIn and Infobric Intelligence.
