Under the Qualification tab, you can see whether your company meets the project’s requirements. You can track the status of each rule and provide feedback where something is missing or not fulfilled.
Manage non-approved rules
Rules marked in blue or red require your action because information is missing. Review these before submitting your qualification and provide feedback as described below:
Click the arrow on the far right to open the rule. Blue and red rules are always expanded by default.
Read the information carefully and check the Status to understand why it is marked in blue or red.
Choose one of the options or write in the free text field under Provide your feedback.
Move on to the next rule that needs attention, if any.
Submit to the project
Once you have provided feedback on all blue and red rules (which will now appear grey), click the green Submit to project button. Your qualification will then be sent for review.
You may also register your subcontractors directly, but keep in mind that if your company is rejected, their approvals may also be withdrawn.
INFO!
A blue dot on the Qualification tab means the step is not complete and requires action (e.g., providing feedback or submitting to the project).
Under the section “Qualify and meet the project’s requirements”, the status is displayed. A blue hourglass indicates that the qualification has been submitted and is under review.
INFO!
If the project provides comments upon approval or rejection of the qualification, they will be displayed on the right-hand side, where the Submit to project button was previously located.
