Employees

This guide applies to Infobric Connect – our system for managing the pre-registration of employees for projects.
Here, you can add employees who will work on the project, verify their ID06 cards, and follow up on competency requirements.


Add employees

  1. Go to the Employees tab in Connect

  2. Click Add employees

  3. Enter the ID06 number and phone number

  4. Click Continue

  5. Review the personal details and then click Add employee

The employee will receive an SMS with information about the pre-registration.

If the project has specific competency requirements, these will be checked and the status will be shown in the list.


NOTE! The employees you add must have an ID06 card.


Important to know

  • The employees you add must have a valid ID06 card

  • You can only add employees who have your company listed as their employer on the card


Mark as complete

Once you have added all employees who will work on the project, click Mark as complete. This indicates that you have finished the pre-registration.


Note: This does not mean that all employees are automatically approved—the project’s competency requirements are checked separately, and each employee must meet them to be approved in the system.
