To monitor how well each company manages its presence registrations, log quality is displayed in the subcontractor chain (UE chain) in Site.
Log quality is based on the principle that an Arrival registration should be followed by a Departure registration within a reasonable time frame over the past 14 days.
This feature is a tool for the site to follow up on companies’ presence registrations and has no connection to or impact on the staff ledger.
Requirements
To use this feature, the Plus package must be activated.
View Log Quality
Log in to Site
Select Companies in the left-hand menu
Under the Presence section, log quality will be displayed.
If log quality is not shown as expected, the feature needs to be activated.
Activate Log Quality
Click Site settings in the top menu
Select Advanced
Scroll down to Other
Ensure that Enable log quality is checked
Threshold settings
By default, the threshold for low log quality warnings is set to 50%. However, each site can define its own threshold.
If correct presence registrations fall below the threshold, red indicators will appear in the system
Hovering over the indicator will show a message stating that the company has low log quality over the past 14 days
To adjust the threshold:
Check Customize threshold for low log quality warnings
Enter the value you want to use as the warning limit
This allows you to tailor the monitoring of log quality to your site’s requirements.
