If you see the message “Personal identity number does not match the ID06 card”, it means that the information in your Ease CheckIn profile does not match the information registered on your ID06 card.
To resolve this, you need to verify which country and identification number are linked to your ID06 card.
Follow these steps
Use the Card Check function in the Ease CheckIn app (see Card Check instructions).
You will also need the PIN code for your ID06 card, which can be found in the ID06 portal.Once you have verified the correct information, open the Ease CheckIn app and go to:
My Details → ProfileIf a card is already registered, you must remove the existing card first.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Edit profile.
On the Personal identity number line, tap ID or passport number.
Select the correct nationality according to the card check and enter the identification number in the Personal identity number / Passport number field.
(This depends on whether Sweden is registered as the country on the card.)Save the changes in the app.
Go back to your profile, tap the three dots in the corner, and select Scan card.
