Information About the ID06 Digital Proof

ID06 has launched the MittID06 service, which allows individuals to receive a digital proof that they have ordered an ID06 card. This digital proof replaces the previous express card.

The digital proof is displayed as a QR code in the MittID06 app. The intention is that site management can scan the QR code and verify that the individual has ordered an ID06 card.


Support in Infobric's Systems

Infobric's solutions do not support the ID06 digital proof.

The reason is that our accreditation with ID06 requires individuals to identify themselves using a physical ID06 card. The physical card is used to ensure that the person registering is the same person to whom the card was issued.

Therefore, a digital proof cannot be used for check-in or check-out in Infobric's systems.


How Should the Individual Be Registered?

According to information provided by ID06, it is the site manager's responsibility to manually register the individual in the personnel ledger while they are waiting for their physical ID06 card.

Once the physical ID06 card has been received, the individual can be registered and use Infobric's solutions according to the standard procedure.


When the Physical ID06 Card Has Arrived

If the individual was previously registered manually on the project and in the personnel ledger, the manually created profile must first be removed before the individual can add themselves using their physical ID06 card.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to People in the menu on the left-hand side in Infobric Site.

  2. Select the person to be removed and click Remove.

  3. Then go to Removed People in the upper-left corner of the page.

  4. Select the person from the list and click Delete.

Once this has been completed, the individual can register again using their physical ID06 card according to the standard procedure.
